for ice cream. Last night, Lane and I stopped by Fenton's Creamery on our way home from the Oakland Temple. This was a tradition with my parents when they would go to the Oakland Temple and now I can see why. It really was so good! Jane loved it.
I feel an obligation to state the disclaimer that I have been a bit ice cream crazed lately. I can't get enough of it ... and I fear it's starting to show. Up until about a month ago, I still had yet to gain any weight in this pregnancy. Ice cream came into my life and suddenly I had gained seven pounds in two weeks. S-E-V-E-N. For those of you unaware, that's the size of a newborn baby. At this rate, Jane'll have to be 20 pounds to mitigate any lasting effects. So I'm trying to exercise restraint and balance.
