This adorable little mug hit the 3 month mark.
I can handle pregnancy. Even delivery isn't as miserable for me as others. It's the first 3 months that knock me off my feet.
So did Saturday arrive with heralding angels?
Hardly.
But then again, Owen is so pleasant it only makes sense that time has already marched peacefully forward in our home.
At 3 months, Owen is showing signs of rolling over -- a first in this family. My babies tend to be mobily challenged, and perhaps it will stay this way, but Owen kicks his legs and gets to his side with amazing aptitude. He's also figured out how to push his legs and swing his lower half around to move around his play mat.
Owen is a talker, just like his Momma. He smiles every time someone looks at him. He has the greatest little belly laugh.
My favorite habit of his is when he puts his tiny hands in my hair and mugs on my face. Who doesn't love slobbery kisses from their baby?
The other great thing about this baby? His jowls and cheeks. They are perfect for kssing and chewing. In fact, that is how I spend my mornings.
This baby is mine. Just look at those eyebrows -- a Bert waiting to happen.
Speaking of Owen's daddy, we celebrated him in grand style a few weeks ago.
Who wouldn't?
My three children couldn't ask for a better father.
And because this man of mine is always cruising for a head massage or back rub, I thought this would be the perfect gift:
The back-rub t-shirt.
Basically, you draw a custom road map or print the one out from this Web site.
I used The Blue Basket's printout and used fabric markers.
Can you see the print out under the shirt?
Pure bliss.

Love, love, love that little boy. He is getting big. How is tummy time going?
Such a cute little boy! If he's not mobility challenged, look out - I'm sure he'll want to keep up with his older siblings!
Brilliant shirt! I totally have to make one of these for Derek. He is such a back scratch lover.
What a sweet baby face! The Lord must know something because He seems to send mellow third babies.
Love the idea of the shirt! Did you notice that Jane is doing it two handed. A car in each hand!
I look for your blog daily.
Loves, G:ma
