Which is right? AACK! I can not believe myself. My foray into the blogging world and I misspell a word. Alright, so it isn't technically misspelled, but it is! A "right of passage"? The thought that I misspelled something on my tiny blog flashed before my eyes as I drove home tonight. Where is my editor when I need her?
Granted, I could have just taken my administrator privileges and fixed the blog entry, but I feel, as any responsible journalist should (even an ex-journalist), the need to acknowledge my error. So here it is:
On October 26, 2007, an error occurred in a blog entry titled "Like a lemming ..." It should have read "rite of passage".

It IS a rite of passage. I kept misspelling "Sighting" as in celebrity sightings. I kept writing citing- I blame law school because we had to cite everything. Oh well. I didn't even catch it.
One of your editors here ... and I must point out that your use of "entitled" is incorrect. The correct word should be "titled." A book is titled ... but as an ex-journalist you are entitled to a few mistakes! hehehehehe!!

OK, so I guess that should be "former" (er, unemployed) editor ... haha
