I was just talking to my fabulous little sister Katie and Christmas has occupied our conversations for the past month. I love that my family loves Christmas this much. So many of my best memories come from Christmases ...
One of my favorite memories stems from a family Christmas CD favorite, David Foster's Christmas. The very first song on the record is instrumental and Katie and I, every year we're together (and even when we're apart), do our version of a ballet to the music (it's more of spastic jumping and arms flailing ... I never said I came from a family of dancers).
Anyway, I was listening to the CD yesterday and I got all nostalgic and suddenly I realize, I can't dance very well right now.
So Kate, I'll do my best baby, but the pirouettes might be in short supply this year.
