Just yesterday

Really, it was just yesterday I was not-so-nicely telling my wonderful husband and mom to stop whispering during my labor pains (they were so patient with me).

But now, here we are, 3 months later.

Our little Pooh Bear is a delight every day. I love waking up to her smiles and coos (rarely is there a cry waking me).

Some of these achievements have been going on for awhile, but have become far more fine-tuned the last few weeks:

  • Grabs my hair and Lane's glasses with amazing aptitude
  • When in a reclined position, she will arch her neck and back in a sitting-up motion. She's been getting higher and holds her position for awhile before easing back down
  • Although she still abhors tummy time, she will occasionally grace us with a lift of the head before the wail of anguish begins
  • When I sing her favorite songs, she will "sing" along with me. Sometimes she'll even "sing" her part in certain songs
  • She's putting most things into her mouth these days
  • Will sit up with the support of pillows

What an adorable pictures. Those eyes are so sweet! The months just fly by, I know. Glad to hear she's getting into all kinds of 3 month old mischief.

She's adorable. I can't believe it's already been 3 months! We need to get together soon. Let me know if next week is good. I am headed to Girls Camp on the 25th but pretty much anytime before then will be great. Sarah and I need to meet this sweetie!

Oh I love that picture ... can I just have her? I know the answer, but still, I have to ask!

I'll be a parrot and say exactly what the others did: she's so cute! I really think she looks just like mom did when she was a wee one. Maybe it's those huge cheeks, but she just looks so sweet. Lucky woman, you are (that sounded a bit like Yoda).
