"Go Vote!"Make your voice heard ... she certainly did (sitting with Lane at the polls, she suddenly burst out in her lack-of-volume-control squeal. Everyone at the poll started to laugh (the 11 a.m. crowd is small and very pleasant) and one man said she obviously disagreed with something her daddy had marked ... probably voting "no" where mommy voted "yes").

I'm so proud of you. I wish a cute baby had interrupted my voting experience. But, alas, it was at home, at my table, trying to intelligently decide on measures that are removed from me not only by 800 miles, but also by ignorance . . . (Really, I tried.)
are you registered in California? OK, sorry, didn't understand Kate's dilemma at the table. . .
So Jane is getting a civics lesson as well. . .wonderful parents giving Jane the well rounded experiences. . .
