A big anniversary. Huge. So big, in fact, Lane couldn't even remember what the day signified.
That's right. After slightly more than 15 months, our current home has been the home Lane and I have lived in the longest since getting married.
When we moved into this home on November 21, 2009, (just after our third anniversary) it became our fifth residence.

Personally, a big day as well, as this has been the home I've lived in the longest since leaving my parent's home at the age of 18. It's true -- in 12 years I've moved 20 times (and no, I'm not counting the quick 2 to 3 week interm moves made to families' homes while I looked for a place in my new city).
What can I say? I'm low on junk because I clean it out so often in a move.
But the boxes are now all gone. I've painted walls and hung photos.
I'm ready to retire.

Or like the red-necks would say, "I've taken the wheels of the mobile home."
