It was a good Christmas, filled with cousins, food, and new toys.
The creme de la creme? Jane finally became mobile. (Now I have to baby proof.) I suppose it was seeing her walking cousins walk away with all the toys. Sure, she won't crawl, but she can move pretty fast as she scoots on her bum.
But pictures say it so much better than words, no?

fun to see pictures and recall the great two weeks having you to share memories. . .wonderful to see cousins having fun together, and Jane scooting is a classic. . .and she did hold her own with the cousins! Hoping you'll be able to come more often.
What a great philosophy. One-word new year's resolutions are also just so much easier to remember!
And I, too, can relate to the word phenomenon - don't ask me how it happens, but sometimes looking at a word for too long just makes it seem weird.
